Les Puces du Design in Morges

A banner advertising "Puces du Design" got our attention
on Mont Blanc bridge. "Hmm, sounds interesting", thought we.

This design flea market was located right outside the station,
in a event hall like this.




Inside, the lighting was subdued in this hall made of aged logs.
Retro, modern, contemporary furniture filled the space,
and this juxtaposition was very chic.

I thought we could use this in our apartment.

Comfy looking white long chair.

We need to get a comfortable sofa...

Not my thing, but kinda cool.

Lamp shade printed with the Japanese "Tomoe" crest.

For me, this is more like it!!

Cute, non??

But this, this is even more "me".

Vintage leather luggage with travel stickers.
There's something irresistibly romantic about these trunks.

Here's an idea for a future project.

Wine bottle box turned into drawers.

This event was smaller than we expected,
so it only took us 30 minutes to see the whole things.
We actually went around twice.

But even within that short period of time,
we saw some of Steven's colleagues!! What a small world.

They had cool furniture, but of course everything was Swissly priced.

Oh, thank goodness for IKEA
