Awesomely Fresh Salmon

Recently in Ms. Kinako's blog, this was featured.

(Not to be confused with some Spanish actress)



This "SALMA" is sushi-grade salmon, vacuum-packed,
no skin, no bones, totally ready to go.

It's packaged within 4 hours after fished out of sea,
before rigor mortis sets in.

The result is perfectly fresh supreme cut of salmon at home.

I think I served too much protein that night....

That aside, look.

Fresh. No fishiness at all.
I'm always hesitant and wary of buying fish here,
(as a Japanese, I have an impossible standard for fresh fish, you see.)
but dude, this is awesome!!

The problem is, this is not always at the market...
I've been checking frequently, but no sight of them so far.
I hope they'll find their way back into my stomach very soon
