Truffle Oil from Oliviers & Co

Inspired by fellow bloggers, I decided to go to Oliviers & Co to shop.
The last few times when I was in there, the store person was so nice,
and they let me sample the products, and they were good!!

However, due to the high prices, I didn't get anything.
Unfortunately.

But now, only for a limited time,
they are giving 20% off on most products!!

To take advantage of this opportunity,
I bought white truffle oil from there.


Using this newly joined member of my cupboard,
I made this.

Truffle flavored Pappardelle and roast beef salad.

All I needed to do is drizzle the oil on the pasta and season it with salt!
How easy is that?!

Although their truffle salt tasted more briny than trufflely,
this oil was pretty good.
(Small, though...)
