My Favorite Spicy Ramen + Shungiku

Is it already winter?!

It's soooooo cold!!!!!!!!!!!

And I LOVE IT

I'd rather shiver than sweat like a pig

And because it's so wet and cold outside,
a pot of hot ramen is something I look forward to.

And to top this steaming pot of noodles,
I have something special to add.

Shungiku,
also known as chrysanthemum greens.

These are the greens we put in nabe.
They can be slightly bitter, but have a nice earthy taste to them.

Harvest, harvest!!

And my favorite instant ramen noodles is on the left.
Shin Ramen.
It's Korean, so it's super spicy,
and the noodles have a really good elasticity and texture.
Compared to other instant noodles, the difference is evident.

Here in Geneva, they are available in Asian food markets.
I bought these from Thu Hang near the station
when I went there to get some Thai ingredients.
(They sold them cheaper than the store by Manor.)

Because the noodles are thicker, they take a bit longer to cook,
but in return, they stay al dente longer, too.

So spicy, but perfect for cold days like these!!

I know this weather isn't gonna continue,
but please, let me enjoy the cold just a bit longer...
