Visiting Vatican

On our second day in Rome,
we decided to visit the smallest country in the world.

Vatican.

The wall that surrounds the state.

The line to enter the Vatican Museums was crazy long.
So many people!!

Luckily, we didn't even wait for a minute
because we had reserved our tickets online.

If you choose to go there, I highly recommend that you do that.

Steven kept saying "This is hideous."
The climax of the museums was of course the Sistine Chapel.

Unfortunately,
no pictures to upload as it is forbidden to take pictures here.

And even more unfortunately,
it wasn't all that...

I thought it was gonna be ethereal, but it was dim and overly-crowded.

This is how we exited the museums.

A staircase that gets steeper and steeper.

After that, we went into the square.

Another huge line to enter the Basilica.
By then, we were churched out, so we didn't even bother.

To be perfectly honest, I don't think it's worth going
unless you're a studious Catholic or a fanatic historian.
(or a check-list tourist)

And if you still choose to visit, make sure you reserve the tickets!!
